Investigations are underway following a complaint filed by Ranjith, 23, who identified Shivappa as his uncle. Ranjith's complaint alleges that Shivappa's employer, Purushottama, failed to provide essential safety equipment and did not implement adequate precautionary measures. Shivappa had been employed as a daily wager for six years at Purushottama's electrical establishment.
A case has been registered at the Dharmasthala police station under Section 106 of the BNS. Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, focusing on the employer's alleged negligence.
