Drunk Driver's Autorickshaw Flips, Kills Passenger

A fatal road accident occurred on Sunday evening near Rajni Road in Savargaon village, Nagpur district, claiming the life of 60-year-old Dnyaneshwar Wagde. Wagde was a passenger in an autorickshaw driven by 32-year-old Sachin Satpute.
The autorickshaw reportedly overturned, causing fatal injuries to Wagde, who died instantly. Wagde's son filed a complaint, alleging the driver was heavily intoxicated and operated the vehicle in a dangerous manner.
Forensic evidence confirmed Satpute's alcohol consumption at the time of the incident. He has been arrested and faces charges including culpable homicide not amounting to murder and driving under the influence of alcohol, with a potential prison sentence of up to 10 years.
