CPSC Warns: Stop Using These 7 Household Products NOW
7 Apr
Summary
- Several widely sold products pose risks of fire, electrocution, and death.
- Products include lighters, firepits, pressure washers, swim floats, grill tables, and bed rails.
- Sellers have largely failed to issue recalls or offer consumer remedies for dangerous items.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has alerted consumers to immediately cease using seven widely available household products. These items present serious hazards such as fire, electrocution, drowning, amputations, entrapment, and even death.
The Klasyt jet torch lighters violate child-resistance standards, posing fire and burn risks. Rozato tabletop firepits have been linked to a death and serious burns due to uncontrollable fires. Vlaseo and SEN-QII electric pressure washers lack essential ground fault circuit interrupters, creating electrocution dangers.
Additionally, "Relaxing Baby" swim floats were connected to a drowning death and can tip or submerge children. Apromise portable outdoor grill tables can collapse, causing pinch-point injuries like fingertip amputations. Finally, KVRFLTF adult bed rails violate safety standards, presenting entrapment and asphyxiation hazards.
Many of these dangerous products were sold online via major platforms like Amazon. Notably, the sellers of the Klasyt lighters and KVRFLTF bed rails have not agreed to provide recalls or consumer remedies. The CPSC strongly advises consumers against reselling or donating any of these hazardous items, urging safe disposal.
