- Recalled onesies violate mandatory flammability standards for children's sleepwear.
- Consumers can return recalled items to Meijer for a full refund.

Over 200,000 children's sleepwear items have been recalled by Meijer due to a potential burn hazard. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall for select MCS and Lullaby Lane one-piece footed sleepwear. These garments fail to meet mandatory flammability standards, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.
The recalled onesies are available in sizes for 12, 18, and 24 months and were manufactured in Thailand. Consumers can identify the brand, size, and country of origin on the neck label. Various styles from both MCS and Lullaby Lane brands are included in this recall.
These sleepwear items were sold at Meijer stores across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Kentucky between December 2024 and October 2025. Approximately 211,520 units were sold. Meijer is urging customers who purchased any of the recalled onesies to return them to the store for a full refund. No injuries or incidents have been reported concerning these products to date.
