They located a male resident in one of the units and performed life-saving measures, but he was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
Boulder Fire-Rescue Chief Michael Calderazzo expressed condolences to the victim's family and praised the swift response of the firefighters. The fire was successfully contained to a single unit, which suffered significant fire, smoke, and water damage. Nearby units also sustained smoke and water damage, but thankfully, no other injuries were reported.
