The funds will be channeled through partnerships with organizations like World Central Kitchen, which provides meals and fresh water during crises, and Team Rubicon, a disaster response specialist.
Additionally, the grant will bolster CARE USA's Humanitarian Surge Fund, enabling the rapid deployment of resources for disaster relief. Blank expressed his solidarity with those affected, stating that while the road ahead will be long, his support aims to bring comfort and strength to the resilient people of Jamaica.
