An Air Canada Boeing 737 MAX 8, flight AC774 from Los Angeles, veered onto the grass while exiting the runway at Montréal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport on July 9th. The aircraft, carrying 156 passengers and six crew, landed safely but experienced the excursion shortly after touching down.
All individuals on board were deplaned without injury and transported to the terminal via bus. The incident necessitated the cancellation of the aircraft's next scheduled flight to San Francisco.
