The Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Services (AFES) team from Navrangpura fire station responded swiftly to the alert. Initial attempts to access the lift by demolishing a wall were deemed unsafe. Fire officials then coordinated with lift maintenance staff to open the lift from above.
