Tragedy struck late Friday night when two youths from Muzaffarpur district died in a road accident in Bihar's Sitamarhi district. The victims, identified as 18-year-old Roshan Kumar and 21-year-old Jitendra Kumar, were residents of Ghanshyampur Besi village under Aurai police station.
They were returning to their village on a motorcycle after attending a relative's wedding in Bhadiyan village. The accident occurred near the Aurai turn at Manguraha bridge in the Nanpur police station area. Authorities believe an unidentified vehicle collided with their bike at high speed, causing their immediate deaths.
Local residents discovered the bodies and the damaged motorcycle on Saturday morning, prompting Nanpur police to launch an investigation. The bodies have been sent for postmortem examination to Sitamarhi Sadar Hospital to confirm the exact cause of death and ascertain further details of the incident.
