On August 16, 2025, a tragic incident occurred in Romford, where a 27-year-old woman was found dead near the Chadwell House Residential Care Home. The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service responded to the scene around 5:30 am, but despite their best efforts, the woman, identified as Zahwa Salah Mukhtar, was pronounced dead.
