The victim's family has been left "completely devastated" by Gartsen's actions, according to Humberside Police. Yet, the child and her family have demonstrated remarkable courage and resilience throughout this ordeal. The authorities hope this ruling will provide some measure of closure for the victims after this "most horrific and unimaginable chapter" of their lives.
