The arrest followed an incident where Parker allegedly assaulted another woman and took the woman's 6-year-old daughter. This occurred after a dispute that had been ongoing since the morning.
A passerby alerted authorities after witnessing Parker physically assault and drag the woman back into a residence on Tramain Lane. A deputy was dispatched and informed that Parker had fled into nearby woods with the child.
Law enforcement utilized a drone to search the area. The assaulted woman reported being strangled multiple times by Parker during their fight. The abducted child eventually reappeared on the property and indicated Parker was in a trailer behind their residence, which was identified as her mother's home.
