The estate is believed to include a significant portion of a reported £12 million settlement Giuffre received from Prince Andrew after alleging sexual abuse.
The lack of a will had halted a defamation case filed by Rina Oh, another alleged Epstein victim, who is suing Giuffre's estate for US$10 million. With the administrator in place, Oh's legal team can now formally serve the estate and resume their proceedings.
