- Their mother faces kidnapping and child interference charges.
- The children are now with their father and heading home.

Four young siblings from Utah, who went missing after Thanksgiving, have been found safe in an orphanage in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The children, Landon, Levi, Hazel, and Jacob Seymour, disappeared with their mother, Elleshia Anne Seymour, on November 29, 2025, after a visit in West Jordan, Utah.
Authorities issued an arrest warrant for Elleshia Seymour on charges of custodial interference and removing children from the state. She has since been arrested in Dubrovnik on criminal allegations related to violating child rights. The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs confirmed the arrest of a U.S. national and the temporary custody of four U.S. children.
The children were released into the care of their father, Kendall Seymour, who had been actively searching for them and set up a GoFundMe to aid the search. As of February 1, 2026, Kendall announced they were "on the way home." The motive behind the alleged abduction remains unclear, though Elleshia reportedly left behind instructions to destroy personal documents and was rumored to have "end of times" beliefs.
