- She allegedly took four children overseas citing end times beliefs.
- Children are in foster care while father works to bring them home.

Elleshia Seymour, a 35-year-old Utah woman, has been arrested in Croatia. She is accused of violating a custody order by taking her four young children overseas in late November, fleeing concerns about biblical events and the 'end of times.'
Seymour was charged in December in Salt Lake County with custodial interference. Croatia's foreign ministry confirmed her arrest earlier this month. The children, aged 11, 8, 7, and 3, are currently in foster custody in Croatia.
Seymour's ex-husband is in Croatia, visiting the children and completing necessary paperwork to bring them back to the U.S. He has power of attorney for the youngest child. Authorities are considering extradition options for Seymour, who was unavailable for comment.
Seymour reportedly posted TikTok videos last year discussing apocalyptic dreams and urging preparedness. Court documents revealed a notebook at her home detailing plans to shred documents, discard phones, and take passports. Video footage confirmed the family boarding a one-way flight to Europe on November 29.
