One individual shared their experience of caring for a relative, noting the immense financial strain, including selling property and taking payday loans, to afford care. They found a cheaper alternative for $2,000 per month, which seemed adequate until financial constraints necessitated bringing their relative home. The operator, identified as Jennifer Rios, also known as Jennifer O'Neal, is being investigated.
