19 Mar
Summary
- Four individuals arrested in connection with a fatal overdose at Ultra Music Festival.
- A Georgia woman died from an MDMA overdose during the festival last year.
- Authorities issued a warning about drug dangers ahead of this year's festival.

Four individuals were arrested by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in connection with the overdose death of Jenniha Le, a Georgia resident who attended the Ultra Music Festival last year. Le died after consuming an MDMA pill. Her partner, Hannah Le-Nguyen, took her to a health tent, but she was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The investigation revealed that a friend, Carmen Lo, connected Le-Nguyen to Florida resident Charlene Forti, who allegedly sold the drug. Another Florida resident, An Tan Ly, is believed to have supplied the MDMA to the festival. Ly and Le-Nguyen were arrested in Miami-Dade, and Forti was apprehended in Broward.
Lo was arrested in Atlanta and faces extradition to Miami-Dade. As the Ultra Music Festival is set to begin again next week, officials are warning attendees about the severe consequences of drug trafficking, emphasizing strict enforcement against illegal narcotics.
