A crime gang of five men has been apprehended for a series of burglaries across the Midlands and the north of England. The group specifically targeted affluent areas, identifying over 40 homes as their targets. In a surprising tactic, some of these properties were discovered through the online property listing service, Rightmove.
During their crime spree, the gang stole expensive items including designer watches, handbags, and jewellery. Four members of the gang, Kristian Gropcaj, George Pepa, Krisjian Dedndreaj, and Sidorjan Lleshi, pleaded guilty to the burglaries at Chester Crown Court. They received significant prison sentences ranging from nine to 10 years and nine months. A fifth man, Endrit Nikolli, is scheduled to be sentenced at a later date.
