According to an affidavit from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Crump arrived hours late for his scheduled delivery. This lateness reportedly led to an argument with the victim. Witnesses observed the confrontation escalate from an argument to physical altercations.
One witness stated they saw two men arguing, with one holding a firearm. The suspect, Crump, allegedly punched the victim, who then punched back. Following this exchange, Crump is accused of shooting the victim. Investigators obtained video and photo evidence from witnesses, including a clip where Crump can allegedly be heard threatening to kill the victim.
Crump is currently being held without bond in the Orange County Jail as the legal proceedings continue.
