- Woman's body discovered in large cardboard box in remote Arizona desert
- Victim identified as Carolyn Ann Bosher, 57, a transient from Las Vegas

In a tragic turn of events, the body of a woman was discovered inside a large cardboard box in a remote desert area east of Kingman, Arizona on September 5th. Authorities responded to a call about a "suspicious package" in the area and confirmed the presence of a deceased female subject inside the box.
The victim was later identified as Carolyn Ann Bosher, a 57-year-old transient from Las Vegas. Fingerprints were taken from the body, and investigators learned that Bosher had been arrested in Las Vegas just a week prior on charges of indecent exposure.
Interestingly, another person at the scene stated that they had observed a vehicle with an open trunk in the area the night before the body was discovered. However, the witness was unable to provide a description of the vehicle as it was dark at the time.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office is currently leading the investigation, and they have reached out to their counterparts at the Las Vegas Metro Police Department for further information. Authorities have not yet determined if the victim was killed at the scene or if the body was transported there.
As the investigation continues, the sheriff's office is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact them. This tragic case has left the community searching for answers and seeking justice for the victim.
