Summary

- Bombarded surgeon with emails and showed up at workplace unexpectedly
- Claimed she would "batter her and s*** her partner" in stalking campaign

In a disturbing case, a trans woman named Vivienne Taylor, 28, is facing jail time for stalking the surgeon who performed her gender reassignment surgery. According to the report, Taylor admitted to threatening Tina Rashid, the specialist who carried out the operation in 2021, and bombarding her with a series of unwanted emails and unexpected visits to her workplace.
The court heard that Taylor had said she would "batter her and s*** her partner" in a horrific stalking campaign. After the surgery, Taylor was discharged from the hospital, but later returned claiming she needed to be treated by the same surgeon. When this request was denied, Taylor began her campaign of harassment and threats.
The situation escalated, with Taylor falsely claiming to have appointments with Rashid and even vowing to "batter" the surgeon. The threatening email was sent to the horrified specialist on November 2nd of last year. Taylor had moved back to London to escape domestic abuse and had suffered breakdowns in her mental health, the court was told. She will now undergo a psychological examination and be assessed by the probation service ahead of a sentencing hearing.
