Tiger Woods Faces DUI Plea Hearing

Tiger Woods is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday for a change of plea hearing. This appearance comes five months after a rollover car crash in Martin County, Florida, which resulted in driving under the influence charges.

During the crash in March, Woods' vehicle crossed over double solid lines, struck another vehicle, and flipped. He was found with prescription painkillers in his pocket and failed a field sobriety test. Woods had told deputies he had taken prescription medications but no alcohol.

Woods initially pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing. He also received a traffic violation for careless driving. It remains unclear how his plea may change or if a deal has been reached with prosecutors.
