Another correspondence, an email from a radio personality filed on April 28, advocated for the immediate revocation of Woods' driver's license and suggested jail time if he were caught driving again, deeming him a danger to society. Woods was arrested on March 27, 2026, on DUI charges following a rollover car crash in Jupiter Island, Florida. He refused a urinalysis, leading to charges of driving under the influence, property damage, and refusal to submit to a lawful test.
