Prosecutors in Martin County, Florida, plan to subpoena Tiger Woods' medical records in connection with his DUI case following a March 2026 rollover car crash. The subpoena, to be formally issued on June 30, 2026, targets Cleveland Clinic Martin South Hospital for any reports detailing Woods' statements on alcohol or chemical substance use, as well as drug screen results from his March 27, 2026 visit.
Woods, who has pleaded not guilty, was arrested on March 27, 2026, and charged with DUI and property damage after his SUV overturned. Law enforcement noted signs of impairment, though he allegedly blew zero on an alcohol breathalyzer. He refused a urinalysis test and opioid pills were reportedly found in his pocket.
Following the incident, Woods announced he would step away for treatment, which he underwent in Zurich, Switzerland. This is not the first legal trouble for the golf legend, who also survived a serious 2021 crash and has prior DUI and careless driving citations.
