A child called 911 to report the shooting, and responding deputies discovered Friday deceased inside.
Authorities stated that Washington allegedly opened fire from his truck outside the residence before forcefully entering and fatally shooting Friday. He then fled the scene, initiating an hours-long standoff with a SWAT team. Washington was pursued to a dead-end road, where he reportedly fired rounds from his truck before eventually surrendering and being arrested.
