Investigators suspect he may be in the company of Tinley Young, a 20-year-old described as White with brown hair and blue eyes, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.
The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the alert, and the Ector County Sheriff's Office is the primary point of contact for this investigation. Authorities are urging the public to call 911 immediately if they see either Maverick or Tinley Young.
