On November 26, a tragedy unfolded in Nesconset, Long Island, when Emily Finn, 18, was allegedly shot and killed by her 17-year-old ex-boyfriend, Austin Lynch. Finn had reportedly gone to Lynch's home to return his belongings and discuss their recent breakup, which was prompted by her attending SUNY Oneonta and his joining the Marines.
