Nottinghamshire Police responded to reports of an assault in Beechwood Close around 11:00 PM on Thursday. Officers found a man in his 30s at the scene and he was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
Following the incident, two men, aged 45 and 52, were apprehended on suspicion of wounding with intent. They are currently being held in police custody as the investigation progresses. Detective Chief Inspector Les Charlton emphasized the importance of witness accounts, urging anyone with information, no matter how small, to come forward and assist the inquiry.
