A significant breakthrough has been made in the abduction case of Nancy Guthrie, mother of TV presenter Savannah Guthrie, with police taking one suspect into custody. The individual was detained for questioning following a traffic stop on Tuesday, south of Tucson, Arizona. This arrest comes as the FBI released unsettling images depicting an armed person in a balaclava tampering with a front-door camera at Nancy Guthrie's residence. These images date to the morning of her disappearance, which is believed to have occurred on the night of January 31 or early February 1. The family has also been targeted with ransom letters demanding payment, adding urgency to the ongoing search for Nancy Guthrie, who requires regular medication for heart problems. Authorities confirmed that blood discovered on her doorstep belongs to her and believe she is still alive.
