During the altercation, he also sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He is also facing charges from a separate incident in Davidson County.
These additional charges include theft of services, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, stemming from an alleged disturbance at a Nashville steakhouse where he reportedly left without paying a nearly $400 tab. Both of Eatherly's cases have been advanced to a grand jury for further review.
