Dalton Eatherly, known online as Chud the Builder, was arrested last Saturday night in Nashville following an incident at Bob's Steak & Chop in the Omni Hotel. According to police affidavits, Eatherly began livestreaming while dining, despite explicit warnings from restaurant staff not to disrupt other patrons. After consuming two entrees, appetizers, and drinks totaling $371.55, staff confronted him about continuing to film.
Witnesses and police claim Eatherly then began yelling, making racial statements, and causing a significant disturbance. The affidavits describe his behavior as disorderly and lacking any lawful purpose, interfering with restaurant operations. He allegedly refused to pay the nearly $400 tab, stating he would not pay if he was being ejected. Officers determined there was probable cause for charges of theft of services and disorderly conduct, leading to his arrest and release on a $5,000 bond.
