Staffordshire Police have concluded an intensive 18-day operation focused on serious and organised crime, leading to the arrest of 25 individuals. The initiative primarily targeted the Chadsmoor area of Cannock, aiming to improve community safety and foster tangible change.
During the operation, officers successfully closed down a significant cannabis factory. In addition to the arrests, authorities seized a substantial quantity of illegal substances valued at over £6,000. The police also recovered £1,800 in cash, 2,100 illegal cigarettes, and 29 suspected counterfeit Labubu dolls.
Six of the 25 arrested individuals have since been charged with various offences linked to alleged organised crime activities. Staffordshire Police expressed their determination to continue this collaborative work with partners, emphasizing the positive impact on residents and businesses within Chadsmoor.
