During a traffic stop on December 28, 2025, police found a container labeled "Happy Pills" in her purse. It contained 12 white pills and half of a blue pill. Lilly claimed the white pills were birth control and the blue pill was Xanax, stating she had a prescription for the latter but no proof at the time.
She is due for an initial court appearance on May 1, 2026, with a second appearance scheduled for August 21, 2026. Lilly has been part of the Bravo show, a spinoff of "Southern Charm," since its 2022 premiere. The show's fourth season is currently airing.
