Singer's Friend Arrested in Teen Girl's Death Probe
24 Jan
Summary
- A streamer associated with R&B singer D4vd was arrested.
- The arrest is linked to the death of 13-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
- Her remains were found in a Tesla registered to the singer.

Neo Langston, 23, a social media streamer who has appeared publicly with R&B singer D4vd, was arrested this week in Helena, Montana. The arrest was based on an out-of-state warrant from the Los Angeles Police Department for failing to appear as a grand jury witness. Langston was taken into custody and held without bond before being transferred to LAPD.
The arrest is connected to the investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was 13 when she disappeared in April 2026. Her decomposed remains were found in September 2026 inside the front trunk of a Tesla impounded in Los Angeles. The Tesla is registered to David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, who law enforcement sources identify as a suspect but has not been charged.
Investigators are working to determine who was involved in disposing of Hernandez's body, with the cause and manner of death still pending due to a court order. A grand jury has been convened, and Langston's testimony was reportedly sought. Authorities have not disclosed the timeline for potential charges as the investigation continues under court secrecy.
