During Mardi Gras celebrations, LaBeouf was accused of punching multiple individuals and using homophobic slurs. One alleged victim, entertainer Jeffrey Damnit (identified as Jeffrey Klein in police reports), stated LaBeouf attacked him repeatedly and threatened his life. Damnit and others subdued LaBeouf, attempting to have him leave the premises, but he allegedly became more aggressive.
