Summary
- Christian leader Sean Feucht faces a fraud allegation from a donor.
- The lawsuit claims $250,000 was solicited for a tour already financed.
- Feucht's ministry stopped filing tax forms amid rising revenue.

Sean Feucht, a Christian worship leader known for large rallies, is facing renewed fraud allegations. A Southern California donor, Steve Bray, has filed an amended federal lawsuit claiming Feucht solicited $250,000 for a 2023 concert tour that was already fully financed.
Bray stated that he agreed to fund five stops for Feucht's "Kingdom to the Capitol Tour" after a meeting on March 6, 2023. However, he later discovered the tour had received complete funding elsewhere. A prior lawsuit filed by Bray was dismissed by a federal judge on September 9 for lacking specific details.
Feucht's ministry, Sean Feucht Ministries, has drawn scrutiny for ceasing to file public tax forms (Form 990s) after 2020, despite a significant increase in earnings. Watchdog groups have also questioned the ministry's accumulation of over $7 million in real estate.
In response to the lawsuit, Feucht's spokesperson stated they anticipate the case being dismissed, similar to the previous one. Feucht previously celebrated the initial dismissal on social media, proclaiming "The TRUTH always prevails!" Bray, however, indicated that legal action was a last resort after Feucht failed to provide an explanation for the funds.
