An employee reported that on separate occasions, infants in her care exhibited signs of distress, including vomiting blood-like substances and difficulty breathing. These incidents, coupled with the employee's documented history of false reports and 911 misdials, have intensified the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the infant's death.
Despite a preliminary autopsy showing no physical trauma or common poisons, the day care has had its license temporarily suspended as the investigation continues. Rocking Horse Ranch is currently appealing this suspension.
