Law enforcement in Richmond has arrested a 63-year-old man following a concentrated drug investigation. The Richmond police SAFE Team, in collaboration with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, executed a narcotics operation on Parry Street on December 9th, leading to the suspect's apprehension.
During the operation, officers successfully confiscated a quantity of illegal drugs, multiple firearms, and various drug paraphernalia. The arrested individual, Keith Bronston, is facing several charges. These include dealing in methamphetamine, dealing in cocaine, and being a serious violent felon in possession of a firearm.
Richmond Police Chief Kyle Weatherly issued a strong statement, emphasizing the department's commitment to eradicating drug-related crime. He asserted that the police will identify, dismantle, and apprehend anyone involved in drug trafficking and illegal firearm possession within the city.
