A shocking incident occurred in Haryana's Rewari district where a man was shot and killed in broad daylight. The victim, identified as Manoj from Gokalgarh village, was at a motorcycle repair shop when three men arrived. Allegedly, one of the assailants produced a firearm and shot Manoj in the stomach. The trio then fled the scene on a motorcycle.
Manoj, despite his critical condition, managed to inform his mother and a friend about the attack. He was rushed to the Rewari Civil Hospital and later referred to Virat Hospital, where he tragically passed away around 5 PM. The police have registered a murder case based on a complaint filed by Manoj's father, naming Manindra as the alleged shooter, with Vishal and Mahesh identified as accomplices.
The investigation is ongoing, with police teams actively working to apprehend the accused. Forensic teams have collected evidence from the crime scene, and CCTV footage is being reviewed to trace the suspects' movements. Notably, Manoj reportedly had a criminal background and had recently been released from jail after being arrested in October 2025 for a murder case. The accused individuals also allegedly face charges related to assault and drug offenses.
