Rapper's Friend Arrested for Alleged Assault on Mother

In a recent incident, Ricky "Loopy" Ferrell, a friend and song collaborator of rapper Bhad Bhabie, was arrested in Florida on a charge of simple battery. The arrest stems from an altercation that occurred last August outside one of Bhabie's homes.

According to official records, Ferrell and Barbara Bregoli, Bhabie's mother, got into a heated exchange. Authorities reviewed footage of the confrontation and found that Ferrell snatched Bregoli's iPhone 15 Pro from her hand and shook her violently multiple times as they struggled over the phone. The video also shows Ferrell releasing Bregoli and following her to her car, where she appears to retrieve a gun, though she never pointed it at him or had her finger on the trigger.

Initially, both Ferrell and Bregoli had called the police after the August incident, but the responding officers had determined Bregoli to be the aggressor at the time. However, after further investigation and interviews, the authorities have now concluded that Bregoli was the victim, and an arrest warrant was issued for Ferrell. He was arrested last Thursday but has since been released from custody.
