Fortunately for Combs, his appeal process has been expedited. On Monday, a U.S. Circuit Court judge granted his motion to fast-track the legal proceedings. Combs' opening brief is now due by December 23, 2025, with oral arguments scheduled for as early as April 2026. This timeline is a rare concession, as prosecutors did not oppose the request to speed up the appeal.
