Prem Burman, the owner of a jewelry store in Harmu, stated that they have doubled their security personnel and installed surveillance cameras both inside and outside the showroom to address the issue.

Shop owners have also been advised to keep their cash counters secure and avoid displaying excessive jewelry at once.
