On Thursday alone, 645 raids were conducted, resulting in the arrest of 236 individuals under the 'Gangstran Te Vaar' campaign. This brings the total number of arrests since the campaign's launch to 10,214.
Preventive measures also saw action against 79 individuals, while 12 proclaimed offenders were apprehended. The sustained effort against drug smuggling, known as 'Yudh Nashian Virudh', has been ongoing for 355 days. This past Thursday, 100 drug smugglers were arrested, with police recovering 7.7 kg of heroin and other narcotics.
