- He owes over £4 million and has been declared bankrupt twice.

Glenn Armstrong, a 66-year-old who once boasted a £30 million property portfolio on television, is now living on a friend's couch and claiming benefits. The former video shop owner, who appeared on 'How The Other Half Live,' was declared bankrupt for the second time in 2021 with debts over £4 million. His company, Glen Armstrong's Property Millionaire Academy Ltd., faced customer complaints. Armstrong and his ex-wife, Charlotte Robertson, incurred £209,747 in rent arrears, leading to an eviction order in August 2021. Robertson and their four children now reside in a more modest property. Armstrong was sentenced at Bromley Magistrates Court for flouting court orders prohibiting contact with his ex-wife, breaching the order on three occasions last year. He pleaded guilty and was given a twelve-month Community Order, 20 days of rehabilitation, a £80 fine, and £85 costs, with a £114 victim surcharge, payable at £5 per week due to his benefit status. His defense stated he prioritized childcare over the court order, with social services actively involved with the family.
