Federal prosecutors have charged rapper Pooh Shiesty, whose legal name is Lontrell Williams Jr., and eight other individuals with armed robbery and kidnapping. Prosecutors claim Pooh Shiesty orchestrated a meeting with three victims to discuss his contract with 1017 Records, the label owned by rapper Gucci Mane.
During the meeting, it is alleged that Pooh Shiesty produced an AK-style pistol and compelled one victim to sign a release from his recording contract.
