In Patna, a heinous crime has left the community shaken after a 78-year-old retired teacher, Madhavi Devi, was discovered deceased in her Shastri Nagar residence. Police were alerted on Saturday morning to find the victim with her throat slit and evidence of multiple stab wounds.
