Brambles is now charged with kidnapping to commit robbery, with allegations of using a firearm. The incident reportedly occurred at Arabella's Boutique in Thousand Oaks, where he is accused of robbing the business and assaulting a woman, identified as SW, after tying her hands.
Investigators realized Brambles had been paroled while reviewing SW's case under a federal initiative. SW stated she was shocked he had been free for six years, feeling justice was denied. Brambles faces a maximum of 12 years to life if convicted of the new charges.
