Teen Jailed for Violent Pistol-Whipping Robbery

A 16-year-old from Palm Coast has received a two-year state prison sentence following a no-contest plea to charges related to a violent robbery on November 16, 2025. Dakoda Nodelman was found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a juvenile delinquent, and attempted robbery with a firearm.
Investigators reported that Nodelman repeatedly struck a victim in the head with a firearm before pursuing him outside. The victim had gone to the residence to pick up a package when he was attacked by two masked individuals. Nodelman also allegedly took the victim's shoes, cellphone, and car keys.
During a subsequent search, deputies found the car keys hidden in a cat litter box and the shoes under a bed. Nodelman claimed the firearm discharged accidentally. His sister, Kyrahlynn Nodelman, and another individual, Eva Nguyen, also face charges related to the incident.
