Ex-Husband Charged in Brutal Oswego Home Invasion Murder

A woman, Ashley Stewart, was tragically killed during a home invasion at her residence in Oswego earlier this week. Investigators have identified her ex-husband, Ryan Dodd, as the perpetrator. Stewart reportedly died from multiple stab wounds inflicted during the incident.

Dodd has been formally charged with first-degree murder, home invasion, armed violence, residential burglary, and aggravated stalking. He made a court appearance on Friday, with his next scheduled appearance set for March 9.
