Authorities in Columbus, Ohio, are investigating the deaths of Dr. Spencer Tepe, 37, and his wife, Monique Tepe, 39. Upon arrival, police discovered the couple with apparent gunshot wounds, and paramedics pronounced them dead at the scene.
Crucially, two young children were present in the home but were found to be unharmed. Investigators have reported that there were no signs of forced entry and no firearms were found at the property. Spencer Tepe sustained multiple gunshot wounds, while Monique Tepe was shot at least once in the chest. Police have indicated they do not believe the incident to be a murder-suicide.
